OLED+959 – the ultimate gaming experience
The Philips 65OLED+959 TV, the flagship of the 2024 TV range offers the ultimate gaming experience thanks to its unique combination of outstanding image quality, superb market leading TV sound and the totally immersive viewing experience of the new Ambilight plus system.

The OLED+959 sets a new standard for reference quality TV images by combining a new 8th Gen version of the P5 AI Dual Engine processor – including the latest Ambient Intelligence V3 system to optimise HDR performance to the ambient light level - plus the latest META 2.0 OLED panel offering up to 3000 Nits light output.
Ambilight Plus more accurately tracks motion within the on-screen image and increases the number of zones to 192 to help create a more dynamic halo with higher resolution - projecting up to four different halos at different depths to add a new multi-dimensional impact to the overall immersive gaming effect.
A new Game Bar allows gamers to quickly personalise their picture, sound and Ambilight settings and save them in one of up to ten game profiles - including the option to select from five unique gaming picture enhancements including: Crosshair, Centre Zoom, Shadow Enhancer, Edge Enhancer and Colour Filter.
Connected gaming devices are instantly detected and Game mode can be automatically activated – which includes support for low-latency MEMC gaming, and VRR extended to 144Hz including for Dolby Vision Gaming.
The OLED+959 also offers the lowest latency of just 5ms on a 120Hz input and 13ms for a 60Hz input. Low-latency MEMC allows gamers to enjoy judder free motion with minimal latency – reduced from 200ms to 31ms.
Finally, the OLED+959 offers market leading TV sound thanks to a new integrated Bowers & Wilkins 5.1.2 sound system. The system includes 18 dedicated drivers plus 12 channels of amplification for a total power rating of 102W with each channel having its own dedicated signal processing.

The OLED+909 offers a truly superior gaming experience by combining the PQ from the latest 8th Generation P5 AI picture processing – with Ambient Intelligence V3 - with the 3000 Nit light output of the MLA OLED panel and the unique immersion off the four-sided Next Gen version of Ambilight.

As with all OLED+ models, the exceptional images are joined by outstanding sound quality with the Bowers & Wilkins engineers working to maintain audio quality, given the OLED+909’s discreet design and the reduced height available for the 3.1 front firing sound system.
The system includes nine dedicated, front-firing, left, centre, right (LCR) speakers, plus at the a 75mm subwoofer supported by four passive radiators in the rear of the set with eight channels of amplification for a total power rating of 81W. The overall result is a high-resolution, exceptionally refined TV sound with a combination of deep accurate bass and a wide sound stage.
The system is also fine-tuned to match the specific screen size to ensure the crystal-clear dialogue aligns with the centre of the screen.
Superb images and sound are also delivered as a totally unique and immersive experience by the inclusion of a four-sided version of the Ambilight Next Gen system.

OLED809 – the mid-range OLED TV with the highest gaming performance
The Philips OLED 800 Series has consistently proven to be one of the most popular OLED ranges thanks to its combination of premium picture quality and audio performance in a mid-range OLED set.
The OLED809 with a minimalist ultra-slim design continues to set the sector performance standard by combining the new 8th Gen P5 AI processor with new higher output, 120Hz OLED_EX panels – offering a peak light output of 1300 Nits – with a three-sided version of immersive Next Gen Ambilight technology.
Gaming is enhanced thanks with a dedicated Game Mode and the new Game Bar, for low-latency MEMC gaming and 144Hz VRR including with Dolby Vision Gaming.
