Having invented the espresso process some 85 years ago, coffee pioneers Gaggia will set new standards in the consumer market with the launch of the new Accademia bean-to-cup machine - featuring a sophisticated design finished in the highest quality materials, with advanced features and with unrivalled control and flexibility.  Accademia is a true flagship model, 100% created in Italy to only make the absolute finest coffee.

 

Two models are available in two stylish finishes: a glass mirror panel to match the Accademia Glass black glass facade and brushed steel for the Accademia INOX, to match the brushed stainless steel front panel.

Both feature the signature backlit Gaggia red line and a new high quality, intuitive 5” touchscreen display – with backlit 3D icons - plus a premium stainless steel rotary control knob, to help customise your perfect blend of coffee.

The high-quality materials theme continues with a choice of a professional stainless steel steam wand to control the milk or other functions, for that Barista touch or has an ergonomic, compact, and removable integrated milk carafe, if you need coffee in a hurry to go.

 

Grinds and blends up to 19 different drinks expertly producing your favourite brew.

For the ultimate premium performance, the Accademia uses a ceramic on-board grinder and offers a range of pre-programmed options including: ristretto, espresso, espresso lungo, coffee, americano, cortado, macchiatone, melange, cappuccino, flat white, cafè au lait, caffè latte, cappuccino XL, latte macchiato, hot milk, frothed milk, hot water, plus hot water at two different temperatures to make green or black tea.
